Employees
Quality starts with the employees of Peak Manufacturing. We hire people with proven track records in precision machining and who live and breathe the motto of “Quality is Job 1.” We supplement that with extensive on-the-job and classroom training to ensure that our employees’ skills are adequate to meet the ever-increasing complexity and demands of our customers’ designs.
Metrology
We have invested heavily in state-of-the-art measurement equipment to allow our on-floor and Quality Assurance professionals to ensure that parts are made right the first time. Employees have multiple CMM’s, vision systems, optical comparators and micro/Tesa Hites at their disposal to provide them immediate feedback on the quality of the parts they are machining.
